The Residence Inn by Marriott is a 10-storey hotel beside the Bridgeport Business Centre, featuring a modern curtain wall system with aluminum cladding and custom horizontal extrusions. In Phase 2, Sunhuey supplied and installed the complete glazing system, contributing to the building’s modern design and energy-efficient envelope.

Ovation is a 31-storey mixed-use commercial and residential tower completed in 2023. For this project, Sunhuey supplied and installed a range of façade systems including a stick-built curtain wall, glass and aluminum doors, and canopy, contributing to the building’s sleek, modern exterior and functionality.

SkyLiving is a contemporary high-rise development in Surrey City Centre, featuring a six-storey podium and rooftop Sky Garden with views of the Lower Mainland. Sunhuey supplied and installed the window wall, patio doors, curtain wall, and canopy, contributing to the building’s sleek, modern design and vibrant urban presence.

Bridgeport Business Centre is a 12-storey office development in Richmond, offering expansive views of Vancouver, the North Shore mountains, and the Fraser River. Sunhuey supplied and installed the unitized curtain wall, sunshades, canopies, aluminum trellises, metal panels, and glass railings, contributing to its sleek façade and modern commercial appeal.

Duet is a 10-storey mixed-use residential and commercial tower currently under construction in Vancouver’s Fairview neighborhood. For this project, Sunhuey is supplying and installing a range of façade systems including window wall, curtain wall, sunshades, and canopy, contributing to the building’s modern design and functionality.

Riverbank Landing is a mixed-use development along the Sturgeon River in St. Albert, featuring residential towers, ground-floor retail, and vibrant public spaces. Designed to foster walkability and community engagement, the project includes over 360 residential units and 67,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.

Capilano University’s new six-storey student residence is designed to house 362 students and bring more student life to the North Vancouver campus. Sunhuey was proud to contribute to the project by installing the curtain wall, entrance and patio doors, and canopy, helping bring the building’s welcoming and modern design to life.
