Our Projects for
Sunshades
Bridgeport Business Center
Bridgeport Business Centre is a 12-storey office development in Richmond, offering expansive views of Vancouver, the North Shore mountains, and the Fraser River. Sunhuey supplied and installed the unitized curtain wall, sunshades, canopies, aluminum trellises, metal panels, and glass railings, contributing to its sleek façade and modern commercial appeal.
Surrey RCMP
This new two-storey administration building serves as a high-tech annex connected to the existing Surrey RCMP Headquarters via an enclosed link. As part of its sustainable design, Sunhuey installed 12-inch oval sunshades as part of the external shading system to support daylight harvesting and energy efficiency.
Surrey City Center I
Surrey City Centre 1 is a 12-storey, 300,000 sq. ft. LEED Gold office and medical tower featuring a contemporary façade with extensive glazing. Our custom aluminum extrusions seen throughout the elevation adds sharp architectural definition and contributing to the building’s clean, modern profile.
UBC SUB
The UBC Student Union Building, known as "The Nest," is a five-story, 225,000-square-foot hub of student life. Incorporating sustainable design elements like a high-performance cladding system and triple glazing, the building ensures low energy consumption. Sunhuey also supplied and installed the distinctive metal protrusions seen in the images and throughout the building’s exterior façade
Duet
Duet is a 10-storey mixed-use residential and commercial tower currently under construction in Vancouver’s Fairview neighborhood. For this project, Sunhuey is supplying and installing a range of façade systems including window wall, curtain wall, sunshades, and canopy, contributing to the building’s modern design and functionality.
